The Observatory and attached Constellation room are Orange County’s premier music venues drawing top artists from across the county and the world. More specifically, The Observatory is a larger room that feels intimate and The Constellation room is a smaller venue that showcases up and coming stars. Located on the border of Santa Ana and Costa Mesa, the Observatory is easily accessible from anywhere in Orange County and the greater Southern California area.
The Observatory box office is located at 3503 S Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana and is available for ticket purchases in person. There is a $3.00 fee per ticket and we accept cash and credit card.

Is there parking?
Yes, there’s parking at The Observatory, but you’ll have to pay $10 per car. There are also a few side streets with free parking within walking distance, but they fill up fast so we simply recommend taking rideshare.
I bought a ticket for a show at The Observatory, but I can’t go anymore. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final unless an act cancels or show time changes by two hours or more.
Does The Observatory offer food and drinks?
Yes, they have a brand new food menu along with a full bar serving wine, beer, and liquor for anyone 21+
How old do you have to be to get into The Observatory?
No, shows at The Observatory and Constellation Room is open to all ages unless otherwise noted.
Is the venue smoke-free?
No, there are designated smoking patios
Is there a coat or bag check?
Unfortunately not, The Observatory does not currently offer this service.
Are cameras allowed?
Phone cameras and basic point-and-shoot cameras are allowed. On the other hand, video cameras, SLR cameras, D-SLR Cameras, or any camera with interchangeable lenses are not allowed. If you want to shoot with a professional camera, you can try to get permission from the artist’s management.
